Ticket Reservation Policy

To Order Tickets Online click on "Box Office" in the left column.

Order tickets online, 24 hours a day, using our internet ticketing system.
Visa and MasterCard accepted.

No refunds are available for ticket purchases placed online. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance date if requested at least 72 hours before the start of the originally reserved performance, subject to availability. All exchanges must be requested by phone.

Reservation requests should be phoned to the Suffield Players ticket line.
To reserve your tickets, please provide the following:

Name - with spelling of last name
Number of tickets
Performance date wanted
Phone number, just in case there's a problem with your reservation
Any special needs (i.e. limited mobility, etc.) or requests for seating

Group rates (for 10 or more) are available by calling the Box Office at 1-800-289-6148.
Group rates: $2.00 discount for groups over 10 when paid in advance.

Historic Mapleton Hall is a small intimate theater. Seating is assigned in the order that reservations are received. Reservations are not confirmed unless there is a specific request. Return calls will be made if requested.

Ticket payment can also be made by cash, check or credit card at the Box Office on performance nights.

The Box Office opens one hour prior to curtain time. All performances begin at 8:00 PM unless otherwise indicated. Prepaid tickets will be held at the Box Office for pick-up on the specific performance date. Unpaid reserved tickets should be claimed at the door 15 minutes before the curtain, at which time unpaid tickets will be released for sale.

Ticket prices for all shows:

$12.00 Thursday Opening Night
$17.00 Fridays & Saturdays
$2.00 discount for Seniors (62+) and Students
Group rates: $2.00 discount for groups over 10 when paid in advance.

Season Subscriptions

Each subscription consists of three tickets, one for each show. Selection of dates must be made at the time of purchase for all three shows. Any requests for special seating will be honored if noted at the time of purchase.
* December Benefit Performance is not included in the subscription price.

Subscription tickets may be exchanged for another performance date if requested at least 72 hours before the start of the originally reserved performance, subject to availability. Seating will be best available for the exchanged performance.
